American Installation came to my house to air seal...

American Installation came to my house to air seal cellar and attic in 2018. The crew that came rushed through, they left insulation down in my cellar. They threw all their trash in my attic (spray foam cans) which are still up there and they left in such a hurry that they left the big spray foam gun kit behind and had to come back! Then months back I went into the attic to find mold all over the roof. I had two different contractors and a HERS rating company look at it and they all agree that the attic should never have been sealed without properly venting. I contacted American installations, spoke to both owners who are very unprofessional and should not own a business, they are denying that it is their fault yet even an employee of their company came back out to assess the house and stated he believes it it their fault and was supposed to go back and handle it with a manager. Full of excuses and false accusations on reasoning why the mold could have started. The house was built in 1975 I've owned it since 2011 and after 2018 when they were up in the attic the mold started.
They state in their response I was abusive to their staff.... No, just the owners who refuse to accept what they did! They also state that the house has poor ventilation, maybe it does but it worked until they sealed it. They came back to inspect a couple months ago to now find out the house needs more ventilation. Why would they seal up a house tighter if there was not enough ventilation beforehand? They did not inspect my house properly the first time!
