I'm a fair person so if I ever have a concern I will always speak with management. I recently found that this location is under new management and due to alot of the changes, there was some miscommunication during my recent call. When I pulled up for service....to much of my surprise, the manager of service (Josh)came and spoke with me and even apologized for the miscommunication. Just the fact that he took the time to come out and have a conversation with me on a business Saturday morning is a client experience I do not take for granted. Above anything else I really enjoy customer service and it's my main priority. I will always pay more for my customer experience and Hiley Acura has shown that they care about their clients. Thank you for everything Josh. I have been coming here for over 2 years since I purchased my car with the previous management and I will continue to come for my routine services with Hiley Acura.
