A Seattle institution! Excellent fish & chips, chowder, wild Salmon. Unusually, offers 3 kinds of dining experiences: casual outside dining, bar happy hour, and fancy/expensive inside dining you'd be proud to take your in-laws to. The outside dining is via a food truck style ordering window + waterfront tables. Amazing views but loud under the freeway. Best value is happy hour with a window seat. And the happy "hour" is basically all afternoon and evening. Win!
