I had an appointment for this week that I had scheduled over a month ago but I had to cancel due to an urgent conflict. I called back to reschedule and they told me they aren t scheduling appointments for new patients until January 2018. It is November 1 so that is two months away!!! If they have that little care about me my needs as a new patient now, how could I expect them to care about me once I m not a new patient. Good thing they have so many current patients that they can be turning away new patients because they just lost me as a future customer and earned themselves a bad review. There are hundreds of other dermatologists in Columbus and based on this experience I would recommend finding a different one. Bad customer service isn t something that needs to be tolerated when we pay huge money for healthcare.
