Caring, hardworking staff but a horrible system. I am writing this on my mother s google account to protect my information. I went here in mid-January for a suicide attempt and was placed on the kids in-patient level. I hardly got any follow up, COVID procedures are heavily flawed, and on top of that me and many others were mistreated by some of the staff. However, the majority of the staff are hard working individuals with a passion and need to help. I had went in-patient two times at highlands, and php once and I did not get any good follow-up plans. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because of some of the wonderful staff that helped me. Some staff gossiped about other patients. Even after several grievances nothing changed. Do not voluntarily come here!
