I came and played video craps and the money had disappeared. Ask the attendant for help. He came and reviewed the plays and saw that I didn t loose the money or take it down. So the supervisor Gabriela came and had the worst attitude. We didn t care about our 5 bucks. We wanted the machine fixed so it wouldn t keep happening. She handed me the 5 bucks and said do we need something else. If she would have listened to my wife and myself she would have seen that we could care less about the money just wanted the machine fixed. Definitely should not be a supervisor if she can not at least listen to people. I will never give this casino money again.
