Edit2: Finally, I got a solution to my problem. Thank you, Angel Russell for taking care of the matter, and provide me a quick solution.

Edit: I was ready to lease in another dealership, but because I always liked the RAV4, I decided to go by and get a quote since I already had at the time a Corolla. Of course, everyone was nice and caring about getting me what I wanted. Unfortunately, they didn t have the color I wanted, so they made an "aggressive" offer so I could take the car in the color I didn t really like. All this happened in two days, the second day (Sept 20) they told me I needed to make the first payment in the spot. I said I didn t have the money to pay at that time because I usually pay my car the first day of the month, because I get paid the last day of the month, and that if that was going to be the due date for the car, I wasn't interested in it because I couldn t pay on that date. I wasn t desperate to get the lease. I had my own car at the time, and could have waited whatever time I needed to wait to get the due date that I wanted. EVERYONE told me that Toyota Financial was very caring and there was no problem for me to change my due date if needed. (This was told to me several times, even when I insisted if there was no extra charge and if I could get that date on my actual contract, they swore I could do it the day I got my first statement).
Of course, the day I got the statement I called SETF, explained the situation and asked to change my due date. They asked for 180 dollars to change my due date. At that moment, I felt like there was a mistake, but the lady told me that I could call the dealership, make another contract and change the due date on the new contract, fax it to her, and that way I won t have to pay 180 dollars. I called Tyra (she was the one doing my contract) and I was told there was nothing she could do because they already were funded, and so I had to pay the 180 dollars if I wanted to change my due date. As you can imagine I felt SHOCKED. I had been lied to in a despicable way, because I trusted people, and what they told me. I should have known they were doing whatever it takes to make a sale. I was more than upset. I called Angel Russell because I had a sticky note attached to a promotional deal saying "See me personally for a great deal". I called her and after several attempts, I could talk to her. Explained everything in more details, and got me to this other person that was supposed to call me in 5 minutes. I found out his name (John Dearing) and called him 2 hours later. I left a message, but no response. I got to talk to him for 5 minutes and then he told me he was working on it, and that he would be calling me first thing in the morning. Of course, he didn t, and instead he called me 9.30pm-of course I didn t answer because it was too late. After that and up to this day, neither Angel or this other person have called me to see if everything is solved so that I can get an "outstanding" experience.

On top of everything, I didn t receive my new registration card and sticker. They told me they got the plate wrong, and that mine was in a truck, and they were trying to solve it. My temp tag expires today, and I had to insist for them to give me my registration since I wasn t driving a car with an expired tag at all. They discovered my tag was in a Ford Escape (the car I was about to lease before this one, but never signed a single paper), and instead of doing their job and calling Ford, they made ME do it. So, in a few words, I had to do their job so I could get what I wanted. After a month of begging for my new registration, I finally got it yesterday.

1st comment before all this happened:
Conny did my 1st lease, she was very nice and caring. She knew what I wanted and helped me get it.
I will come back in 3 years to renew my lease! Best of luck to Conny :)
