This company will NOT work with you in making payment arrangements. I simply called to set up payment, paying in full, using 2 credit cards and they refuse my payment. I thought refusing payment w illegal! What is rhia world coming to. No common decency from this company. Simply don't drive on their road, that your taxes paid to build, if you aren't rich enough to do as they say. Cause they feed your kids and pay your bills, not you.
