When I downloaded Windows 10 to my Gateway Laptop, the process seemed to work fine. But when I tried to boot up, the computer would show me a blue screen and the six swirling dots. I took it to DLL and with their expert hands, they managed to unlock it and reload Windows 7. My laptop seems to be one of those that can't handle Windows 10 even though it passed Microsoft's criteria. I am happy to have my working laptop back with Windows 7. The service is great and the charges were very reasonable. Thank you.
