This company has had years to prepare for the new URLA. I find myself typing a negative review (which I never do) because the ball has been dropped horribly. I've called customer service 3 times in a week since the new URLA was rolled out and I'm on hold for over an hour then it goes to an answering machine. No one calls back. I send my error codes through their email portal and there is zero response. HORRIBLE!!! I never realized how dependent my operation is with this software. If I had the time to train my team on a new system I would change. Been with these guys for 20 years. I'm in too deep now. :(
