I only give Yourhosting 3 stars because I think accessibility is below standard. Years ago I chose Yourhosting precisely because they could be reached day and night. A few years ago I had a problem and called them on a late Friday and the problem was solved in no time.
Now you have to play head-breaking tours and a lot of hassle, for which you as a businessman don't have time, to reach them.
If you want a reliable website and email, you should go to Yourhosting, not the cheapest but reliable.
If your availability is going, you are not in the right place at Yourhosting.
They may have some kind of a robot, but they will pass on a solution that you already know and have nothing on or you get other nonsense.
Tip for Yourhosting is .... make sure you are reachable by phone, much more customer-friendly and more involved.
