After few years of my awful (virtually non existent experience) at Toyota Northbrook, IL - this place bid my all expectation!!! I never knew I can have pleasant conversation with service person, some one who can really take time and explain about my car.
Waiting room. I feel I just want to go back there just to hang out:) Free wifi, coffee, pastries.
Free shuttle to the mall.
Red Carpet service.
