generally positive experiences! i love Dr. Shapiro...

generally positive experiences! i love Dr. Shapiro, and i have had generally awesome experiences with the nurses etc. Even the helpdesk tries to go above and beyond. Once, when i was going to have a slight gap in my provision due to a change of status but for health reasons, i really couldn't afford a gap in coverage, the MIT plan office tried to contact other officers higher up the food chain to expedite my process. I'm sorry for the other folks' negative experiences, but MIT medical has been really, really good to me.
