Justin presented at our weekly real estate sales meeting and mentioned hero loans (clients that have very short time frames and/or unusual situations). We had a client that needed help, as the current loan process was falling apart. Justin and his team created an action plan to address the qualification process and meet the tight time frame; they worked in unison with multiple, concurrent task streams. All parties to the loan were given status updates all along the way. Within three weeks, not only did the loan close on the original closing date, he helped the client restructure their financial situation for the long term.
