The tour is a scaled down mini version of the brewery. Not very impressive. Optional tasting was great. I think we had 4 different beers to try. Tour guide was energetic and knowledgeable about the beer and brewing process. We made reservations at 1817 restaurant weeks prior. We were seated at a horrible table way back by the kitchen. Had to request to be reseated (other tables were available). Food was decent but the menu was much different than the one online and more expensive. I ordered the burger... way too charred. Probably a $10 burger, not $18.
