Edit: The manager promptly called the following day and apologized for missing the service call and the customer service I received. He sent someone out at the next available date. Joe came out and was very helpful and informative. Thank you for correcting this so quickly.

I wish I could give zero stars. I tried to schedule service twice and they no showed both times after having me wait ALL day for them to show up. When I call customer service they do not even care that they have inconvenienced me for a full day. HORRIBLE! Never use them.
