This place is extremely unprofessional. First of all the man at the front desk is incredibly sassy and rude and was loudly arguing with patients on the phone in front of everyone in the waiting room and then commenting on it after hanging up. I took my 18 month old son here on a recommendation from our pediatrician that we see a speech therapist and when the man at the front desk heard my son say hi to someone in the waiting room he commented to everyone and said you re already light years ahead of your peers why are you here? That was none of his business to state out loud especially without knowing anything about our situation or what we were there for. Eventually we got called back to do the hearing test and no one introduced themselves at all. I didn t realize I was even talking to the doctor until someone else came in and called her by name. After the hearing test no one explained the results at all. I then met with the therapist who was nicer but still no introduction and no explanation on what we should expect since it was our first time there. She just sat and watched him play and interact which is fine if that s how they do things, but a heads up would have been nice so I wasn t sitting there waiting for the appointment to start thinking she wasn t doing her job.
