We were new homeowners and our insurance co required this inspection. We were VERY nervous about the whole process because we've never been through this before. We had a great inspector (Steve P. in RI) who was courteous, professional and very kind. He explained everything to us step-by-step. He took his time making sure all of our questions were answered or directed us to our insurance co for the questions he couldn't answer. We'd gladly have him back again!
