BOEING or OUT OF STATE PEOPLE Stay Away. They will say you can auto pay etc but will claim an issue with the system. Then say they prefer you to pay the old school way by cashier check, cash or a dozen small money orders. Has to be several money orders bc no place will allow you to use a card for large amounts.

They have no formal documentation/receipt process for payments. If they loose it you are on the hook for more money. This is on top the pictures they showed us when we were out of state were nothing that we moved into. We were stuck with the lease.

They say luxury and will send you pictures of updated unit etc, but the whole place is straight out of the 60's. They will lie and ignore emails etc to not leave a trail of what they say b/c they are not afraid to lie to get you to sign a lease.

Stay AWAY THEY WILL LITERALLY IGNORE YOU. When you confront people in person. Office blames corporate and corporate blames office. Orchard village are any of their properties are a disaster.
