Just ridiculous. I'm a club Carlson concierge member booked last night and came to the hotel at midnight only to be told by the rude useless night manager that they cancelled my booking and that they were full. Why they did that? Because even though I didn't have a prepaid booking they were trying to charge my card for the stay and they cancelled it without contacting me when they couldn't. Appalling rude hotel. No compensation no remorse no given. Two thumbs down don't stay here u less you want to be stranded by them in the middle of the night.
