I came in to Carr Chevrolet to test drive a Chevy Cruze hatchback. Was greeted by the manager who set me up with a friendly sales rep named Rachel who showed me the vehicle and took me for a drive. Rachel was very thorough in explaining all the fun and surprising features of the vehicle. The test drive took a bit longer than at most dealers, but I came to know the vehicle much better as a result. At the end of the drive, Rachel and the manager did a dealer locate to find a vehicle with the specs I desired and got me a price quote. In the end I opted for a different make and model, but my experience at Carr Chevy was very positive. Thanks!
