Have always had a decent experience with them. However, after someone else bailed on an appointment, I called them, they said they had multiple times that day available, I set on up. "Guaranteed to be there" unless guy on phone put down the wrong day. When they didn't show I called and the lady told me it was "guaranteed to be there tomorrow" That just upset me cause what did the guarantee they told me on the phone the first time mean then. At that point I was frustrated as I had wasted an entire day now on this. Maybe I'll do it myself, maybe Ill just breathe dirty air.
