Their customer service is joke. Ive passed my healthy eating and weight loss coach exam over 6months ago and im still not able to recieve the certification. They respond after a very long time and it seems like their employees dont even know what they are doing.
If you also care about recieving the certification not just learning the material then this is a complete waste of money and nerves
