I went to Toyota to check why my car was running so bad. Come to find out it was the transmission uggg!!! It was slipping. The sad thing is that my wife's car was outside the warranty. And the car had to get fix right away my wife drives a hour to and from work. If anyone knows this job costs thousands of dollars to fix. The service Tec Norman bless us, he gave us a good will and paid for the parts and all we had to do was pay for the labor. On top of that he got us a rental so my wife could get to and from work. Plus the corporate office gave us another $250 towards labor. I truly love how Toyota take care of us we have brought 5 cars from them and every time there is something to get fix they go above and beyond. Thank you Toyota of Tampa bay.
