This business performed additional services without getting approval for the additional fees.

Their fees are also higher than comparable places, but adding the surprise "extras" without approval is a real scam move.

When I called to ask about the extra cost, I was met with a "don't question us, don't care, we do nothing wrong, just pay your bill" attitude.
