Never in my life have I had a more horrible experience with a doctors office!! Ever!!
-Poor customer service
-Lack of communication (in-house and with patients)
-Issues not handled in a timely manor
I could continue but finally after over a month long ordeal patient relations finally stepped in and corrected the issue. Hopefully this will help current and future patients.
No more Cheshire/Dartmouth-Hitchcock for me though!
