This company probably has the worst customer service I've ever experienced, mostly because it's nonexistent. It is impossible to get them one the phone, and they provide no working emails or phone #'s. I have to use them because my insurance is through my employer, otherwise I would have left long ago.
If you have a choice, stay far away from Boone Group.
