Windows were delivered months late with sagging frames, non-square corners, wrong window types. Company has sent replacements that have also had the same issues. Waiting for another ~2 months for them to send replacements again to fix window sashes with non-straight, sagging frames. Ordered 20 mesh screens have repeatedly been sent 18 mesh. Windows ordered in May 2020, still waiting for correct items Feb 2021.
