I would suggest never to purchase a water fountain...

I would suggest never to purchase a water fountain from this company. I bought a double tiered water fountain from one of their distributers in Arizona and the water fountain was nothing but problems. Just 2 months after I had it installed it broke and then a few months later it broke again and again. The worst part was I did have a little warranty for 6 months or so but I had to pay for all the labor every 2 to 3 months that it broke. After a year of complaining to the distributer of their water fountain Haws finally replaced it with a new one and guess what it broke again and again and again. This time I had NO warranty on the new one. I spend about $200.00 every two months to fix this water fountain and the crazy thing is this new one that I have that is about 6 months old you can t get parts for it anymore. Haws have discontinued this water fountain because they have had too many problems with it explained to me from the distributer. I asked the distributer if they would replace it with a different one and that if it was more money I would even pay the difference but it has been over a month now and I still have not received a phone call back. I would strongly suggest buying from some other water fountain manufacture. It s obvious that Haws doesn t make a great product and maybe it s just the Arizona rep that has terrible customer service.
