Very happy with the service Natalia received this morning. Especially since it was about leaving the landline connected to my mother, who is 88 years old and lives alone. Once the voice box was connected to its landline, it went on and on without a line ...
After hours fighting over the phone with the technical service, unable to solve the problem, Natalia discussed it in a minute. Nothing like finding a professional who is sufficiently prepared and trained for their position.
Not only is she a sympathetic and proactive shop assistant, she is also very efficient.
