My girl friend and I went on the self guided kayak trip. When we got there they told us to go around back and some one will be there to launch us, we had to wait 35 mins for some one to come back and help us out. They told us we could call at any time if we had any questions. We tried calling multiple times while we were on the river and no one answered and when we arrived at the finish I tried calling again it took about 5 times to get thru and then the person in the phone couldn t give me a time that they were picking us up ! ,very poor organization and communication. I definitely would recommend going with a different rental company if you could. The trip itself was awesome
