Stopped in just to see what inventory BMW of San Antonio had. We didn t coordinate with anyone prior to arriving. We were greeted walking in the showroom by the front desk & client advisor Biju Pillai was the one helping us out. He never hesitated to show us around and never brought up financing at all. Me and my wife couldn t have been more pleased, he was never pushy, had a great attitude and was so nice. Matter of fact me and my wife kept saying that to each other. Actually everyone was nice and this was before we had said we d like to purchase the vehicle. Overall experience here was great. From the front desk, to Biju and including the finance department we were extremely pleased with the customer service. Thanks BMW of SA.
