Dangerous driver in one of their service trucks to...

Dangerous driver in one of their service trucks today on 476 between Lansdale and I-76. Blocking truck traffic intentionally for almost 20 miles. He would intentionally change lanes to cut off and block trucks from passing him, slow down and speed up to keep people behind him, and then would hit the brakes intentionally when a truck was behind them to cause them to have to hit the brakes. 70 mph speed limit and he would slow all the way down to 53mph to mess up other trucks, and then speed up to in excess of 75 mph when I tried to pass him myself to try and get away from the danger he was causing. So upset to read multiple complaint reviews from other car and truck drivers stating the same repeated dangerous behavior...
