Very disappointed. My partner phoned this morning needing some advice on his computer. He only asked 1 question before being cut off and told by the tech that he couldnt help him anymore as he had 10 other customers on hold. I understand times are busy at the moment but my partner was a customer and thats not fair. You just lost a loyal customer and $$$ because of your lack of service.
