Fernando has been so helpful and patient with our needs. I don't usually enjoy car shopping but feel.so comfortable in your dealership. We want to.find the right car at your dealership !

Last night after test driving a car my daughter and I found ourselves locked out of our vehicle. Our key is apparently worn out, something Fernando and another salesman figured out after trying to help us. The dealership was closed but we ran back inside and Fernando stuck with us while we called out insurance company. They could only offer us towing service so we had to call a lock smith. Fernando would not allow us to wait outside alone, so we waited in the dealership.for quite a while. The dealership was closed and we wanted him to be able to go home to his family. He said he would only leave if we stayed inside the restaurant next door. He walked us to the door of the restaurant and we thought he had gone home. When we walked out to meet the locksmith Fernando was right behind him. He waited til the car was unlocked and checked our key would still start the car. He left when we did !!
Honestly its so good to know there are perfect gentlemen in the world still, my husband was very appreciative that someone made sure his wife and daughter were not left stranded and were also being 'protected' .What could have been a very stressful situation was totally fine.
