Met Eiraj to look at a car. It was a no pressure get to know you and what you need time. When I left, Eiraj knew which car I wanted and knew the budget I was working with. As soon as the car was available - he called and we were able to make it happen!

I've bought cars from "branded" dealerships before, the way my car was prepared for pickup was second to none. Eiraj took me through when and what my next service is going to be. Let's put it this way - I'm set for a while. I'm assuming (pretty sure) BMW Toronto ensured that the car is certified to a high standard.
