PERFECT LEASING EXPERIENCE!

My dear friend and colleague, who never steers me wrong, recommended I give MB Manhattan a try, since he's leased several cars from them in the past and always raved about the experience. I work in the City, so I figured, why not. As reported below, I am now a convert and will return! This is my 3rd or 4th MB.

My lease was coming due. I cold-called the dealer and was put in touch with Anastasia Zbarskaya who immediately gave me a price far below what I was getting elsewhere. Everywhere else also gave me quite a run-around.... "let me get back to you.." "let me check with my manager...." "when can you come in.." I'm busy with work and family. I can't waste my time haggling with the dealer. This lease was smooth and was struck in minutes after Anastasia located a perfectly-optioned car.

The day the car was ready, I went to MB Manhattan to drop off my old lease. (They took me out of the old lease three months early -- as is de rigeur with MB these days.) The new MB facility in NYC was spotless and futuristic. The staff was helpful and I will continue to sing the praises of Anastasia and MB Manhattan to anyone who will listen. She made sure that everything on the sticker was actually delivered with the car, going so far as to retrieve new all weather mats out of the parts department! Good follow up the next day as well, to inquire about my adapting to the new electronics. A bit daunting, but I'm getting the hang of it. Just fantastic.
