Massive disappointment. Was told I was re-located ...

Massive disappointment. Was told I was re-located upon arrival for unknown circumstances (do call me next time), was given the wrong address for the sister hotel, where the chaotic check-in process lasted for +30min. Was told they would accommodate my wish of non-basement room. Ended up rock bottom, in small room without any decent windows, listening to the central line underground passing by below me during the night. Lovely stuff...
