This was the worst insurance experience of my adult life. All of the representatives I dealt with were rude and unprofessional- maybe they were all having a bad day, every single day, maybe this was a Mr. Incredible-when-he-had-to-work-his-normal-guy-insurance-job-before-resuming-hero-work situation for every single employee that I dealt with, who's to know, but it was not great and I'm glad to put them behind me.
