Honestly, I don't know how these people sleep at night. There is nothing TRUSTworthy in how they do business. They have developed a very sneaky and profitable scheme where they sign people up, renew their policies once or twice and then dump them citing risk factors and overexposure in south Florida. If that's the case, why are they continuing to write new policies in the state then? To me, this seems like "let's quit while we're ahead with no claims, we made enough on this person, time to move on to the next home owner." The fact that this practice is even legal is beyond me.

I wrote them an email asking for explanations regarding this shameful practice, never got a response. Do yourself a favor and keep clear. let's make sure they are not worthy of our business.
