I don't ever want to give this hotel a single star...

I don't ever want to give this hotel a single star. I booked a room for Tuesday, November 6 to bring my daughter to see the University of Tampa. I made this reservation a few weeks before. We arrived late that evening to find out that we did not have a room . They overbooked and sent us to another Sheraton about half hour away however due to construction it took us 45 minutes. We got into our room around 12:30 am. My daughter woke up with bites on her. We could not sleep We had to get up very early to make our tour at 9:30am. They knew about it being over booked but did not inform us. It was the worse night. I would never book with a Sheraton Hotel ever again.
