Our HOA began using APM last year. We switched from another company that we weren't happy with. Not only has APM been much more responsive to complaints and issues in our neighborhood but they helped us straighten out our finances. They have been great in working with the unique qualities of our neighborhood and letting us continue to run our HOA the way that works for us while still staying within the law. Bradee communicates very clearly and effectively with us and is always willing to help with anything we need. We're happy we found APM and plan to continue to working with them into the future.
