Jackie the receptionist in the warrants department...

Jackie the receptionist in the warrants department is incompetent at her job and has a terrible confrontational attitude. Because of her incompetence at basic math and listening skills I will have to pay an additional amount that I as a single mother can t afford atm and she had the audacity to deny any fault. Never pay through her,esp on the phone, pay online instead lesson learned. Bailiff sided with her because that s what their dept does to cover their a** and made me out to feel like I was entirely to blame even though it was her mistake. Extremely rude and unprofessional.
