Aside from their prohibitive prices, I had an issue at this location: they make you sign something on the pad. When I asked what I was signing, I was told it was just a formality. I insist on reading what I was signing and they just explained me that I was allowing them to take care of my pets. Again, I didn't get to read anything. That might have been just a formality, but I ended up signing under pressure something that I didn't get to read.

My first visit was with Dr. Storm and he went out of his way to get me all the information I needed to move my pets abroad. He was wonderful and really took the time to go through the process with me. However, on my second visit 3 weeks later, the vet I saw didn't even know why I was coming and was already not super helpful. She was nice though.

During my first visit, the lovely lady at the front desk (that is not sarcasm) didn't ask me to update an address that I hadn't used in 10 years. They did the second time. Why didn't they do it the first time, I don't know but it makes you question the due process.

As for my last visit where I had to get some paperwork and had a question about the issue in the first paragraph, the lady was comically horrible. I don't mind rude people too much but that one was just laughably unpleasant, even before I started complaining. After waiting for a couple of minutes, she came out being busy with stuff and when I said Hello, she... hahahahha... I'm still laughing thinking about it... asked me "Can I help you" with a tone that sounded like I just had walked in her own living room, sat on her couch, snagged her glass of wine and started drinking from it. The rest of the conversation was as pleasant and she just seemed exceedingly annoyed by my presence (given that I was there to complain, this last part was more understandable). I proceed to cancel my next appointment (that seemed to satisfy her).

Again, if you can stomach their prices, there are decent chances to end up with a great vet and nice frontdesk person if not a bit unhelpful, but there a good chances as well you will end with people not only unhelpful but just straight up nasty (so much so that it might make you laugh actually, it was surreal).

PS: DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING THAT YOU CAN'T READ, even if it is just a "formality".
