I was employed with ChromeInfotech for the last 2 years and I have learned a lot from there. I entered in the organization as a fresher but today I am employed in a company at a very senior position, solely at the back of the learning I got here. The exit policy was very smooth,I had the full support of my management even when I decided to move on. They were very professional about it.
There are always cases of non-performers in companies but if you are good at what you do or even if you are willing to learn and grow, the place will give you all the support that you would need.
