Walking in the front door immediately I was greeted. I believe the person at the desk should be recognized for making me feel welcome right from the start. Then I begin my experience with a pleasant salesman Bret. Talking to me as if we re good friends. No pressure No pressure!! Did I say No pressure. And there you have it in a nut shell. Your automobiles sell themselves but your sales people keep your customers coming back. My coworkers at Mass Mutual all come to you for cars. It was an amazing response I received when I said I was at Curry. I went to Lia because it was close and it was a horrible experience to say the least. The sales person said to me 2 wrong things... you can t have everything and you can t have your cake and eat it to. Well you know how that ended. I am on conference calls all day and you don t become number one by telling your customer that can t have something. Bret was kind , patient and understanding. He was awesome! If I could give him a 20 rating I would. And I will be back when I trade in this beautiful Honda. Thank you so much for helping me get a car that will be dependable and safe. So happy to be part of the happy car owners!!!!!!!!! Have a great day.
