This was my first time ever going to Myrtle Beach ...

This was my first time ever going to Myrtle Beach and this resort really made my birthday trip worth the price and wait. There is so much to do at this resort. If you don't want to leave, you really don't have to. There is a bar and restaurant downstairs on the first floor. A huge underground pool, lazy river and kiddie pools.

There is the same set of pools all outside of the hotel and access to the beach. I had a blast rolling around in the sand and the salty water and then rinsing off at stations they supply for beach goers as they return to the hotel. If you want to jump in the pool immediately after, no problem. Jump in!
There are too many pools to access to find something to be upset about.

When I got there the front desk was so kind and thoughtfully generous. They offered my family and I a free dinner worth $75 just as a birthday gift. I was so honored. They also gave a wonderful breakfast for each of us as well. We chose the last day of our stay to enjoy the breakfast before we got back on the road.

If you chose to stay here, the restaurant/bar serves wonderful dishes that would please any picky person. The portions are large and there is a desert that you MUST TRY. It is a fried cookie dough with ice cream and carmel. I'm still dreaming of tasting that delicious concoction!

The prices we paid for four days was about $420. Split between three people made the trip so much nicer. The room we received had a kitchen and fridge, stocked cabinets with pots and pans and everything we needed. We even had a blender and pretty glasses to use. We made a watermelon, mint and lime drink with ice. Delish!!
The rooms were spacious and the living room doubled as a bedroom with a Murphy bed that pulled out from the wall. I slept like a baby. It was a comfortable mattress!

Please, go the the Landmark. It's a great little place that can satisfy your needs if you really like the beach and generally like to swim. Oh yeah, go and get your tan on as well.
