The non-judgmental environment and the supportive staff, both therapeutic and academic, have helped enormously in enabling our daughter to accept her behavioral challenges and to recognize how they have impacted her family, friends and herself. She has an excellent relationship with her therapist who has enabled her to access her emotions without being afraid of them, and taught her the benefits of positive communication.

Asheville Academy is the first place to recognize and effectively address the issues our daughter has been struggling with for years. Asheville Academy was able to immediately identify what the problems were, and put a positive, achievable plan in place as to how to address them. She has made more progress in the 6 months she has been at Asheville Academy then she has done anywhere else, and as a result is more confident and secure in herself. We highly recommend this program. It has helped our family tremendously.
