Service incompetent. Ordering a piece of furniture in February 2019, delivered in scandalous condition in April (traces of hands, screwing, chips everywhere = furniture repacked without any doubt). Immediate request for recovery (accepted by VP) but since no carrier has contacted me for a recovery. We are June 17 (4 months after the order) and it is the course of the fighter to take this card that is stored at home and especially recover the amount paid! Incredible to have to live this in 2019 with a structure as large as VP. No more orders from them
