The staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous! And this place does NOT stink. With all animals kept inside, you'd expect a foul odor to smack you in the face when you walk in. But not this one! They keep it fresh and clean! I think the animals know how much they are loved there, and it shows! They all seem to be happy animals!
